Standard Returns We accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number.
Personalized & Custom Items All personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping.
Damaged in Shipping If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@robinsnestnc.net with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-damaged items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
